Our head office and factory are located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. It started operation in 1933 as the Sakai factory of Takada Aluminum Equipment Manufacturing K. K. Following Showa Aluminum Corporation and Showa Denko K.K., it became the headquarters and factory of Sakai aluminium Corporation in August 2021. Our factory mainly produces aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitors and aluminum sheet products used for bottle caps and printed circuit board materials. In particular, it is the only plant in Japan that produces aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitors in an integrated manner, from refining and casting, to rolling and finishing, and it forms the core of our business, which boasts the world's top market share.

Our company's production and sales base in China for aluminium foil for electrolytic capacitors is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province.
It started operation in 2013 as the only production facility in China by a single Japanese manufacturer, and it continues to grow we are gradually expanding production and sales to meet the needs of the Chinese aluminium electrolytic capacitor market.
